This privacy policy covers Premium Sellers and its subsidiaries including (collectively, 'premiumsellers.com,' 'we' 'us' or 'our'). By using the Premium Sellers website, you signify acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Premium Sellers complies with both the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) and the GDPR.

Premium Sellers adheres to the seven privacy shield principles of notice, choice, and accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and recourse, enforcement, and liability as they relate to personal data.

Premium Sellers verifies compliance with the principles through self-assessment. The privacy policy covering human resources data can be accessed on our intranet app site by all employees.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the 'Shine the Light' law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties.
